The Habitations Jarry are low-cost housing units for seniors, with 94 rental units and some parking spaces.

The 10-storey structure is made of reinforced concrete. The building was built directly above the Jarry subway station and integrates its entrance on the ground floor.

For this project, aimed at the social inclusion of seniors in Villeray, NCK provided complete structural engineering consulting services.
