Located on Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, at the corner of Cathcart Street, this 33-storey concrete building accommodates 192 luxury condominiums. The project also includes 4 floors of underground parking (approximately 200 spaces), a sports centre with swimming pool, meeting rooms, a golf centre and a restaurant on 2 floors. It features environmentally friendly infrastructure (the use of water and heat recovery systems and energy-efficient insulation) as does phase 2, built in parallel, that covers 4,500 m2 on 8 floors of commercial and office space.
The structure is made of reinforced concrete. Some load transfers were carried out with post-tensioned beams. This project required very precise phasing due to the narrowness of the site and the high density of the surrounding environment.
