Pyramid of the Grand Louvre and monumental spiral staircase of the Louvre Museum
The metal structure that supports the glass cladding is made of steel and aluminum and weighs 200 tons. It is covered with 603 rhombuses and 70 triangles of glass. It was the first major construction to use laminated glass.
Under this glass pyramid is a monumental staircase composed of a helical structure of welded steel plates, whose only supports are the first and last steps.

Victoria sur le Parc
Multifunctional 56-storey tower near Victoria Square, in the heart of Montréal’s business district. The structure is made of reinforced concrete. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Quinzecent
36-storey residential tower with 450 luxury units. The project is located at 1500 René-Lévesque Boulevard, the gateway to downtown Montréal. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Montréal City Hall
Restoration and renovation of the heritage building housing Montréal’s city hall. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Aéroport de Montréal – REM Station

Bibliothèque Maisonneuve
Rehabilitation of the 1912 heritage building that was formerly the city hall of Maisonneuve, and design of glazed annexes on both sides of the building. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Maestria
Twin towers of 58 and 61 floors, in the heart of Montréal’s Quartiers des Spectacles. The project features the tallest suspended residential walkway ever built in Quebec. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Isuarsivik Regional Recovery Centre
New recovery centre for people with addictions. The project is built on a cape overlooking the river in the village of Kuujjuaq, Nunavik. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Gare Viger
A mixed-use urban campus located in the heart of Old Montréal that will offer extensive modern and creative workspaces, commercial spaces and a state-of-the-art housing complex, including a Hyatt hotel. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
126 Yorkstreet Ottawa
22-storey tower, with rental condos and five hotel floors. This tower will be built near the Byward Market on an existing 5-storey building which façade overlooking Yorkstreet will need to be preserved and integrated into the project due to its heritage value. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
Sentier des Cîmes
Rehabilitation work on the historic site of the former fish farm of Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré including the construction of an observation tower about 40 metres high and a 1250 metres trail from the main building within the canopy. It is both a tourist attraction for the MRC des Laurentides and an environmental education platform on Quebec’s fauna and flora. NCK provides structural engineering consulting services.
