The Saint-Denis bath, located on Plaza Saint-Hubert in Montreal, needed major work. Built in 1910, the building was suffering from architectural and structural deficiencies. Major part of the structural mandate involved upgrading the concrete pool basin and its waterproofing.

For this heritage aquatic centre project, NCK provided complete structural engineering consulting services.
