This project consisted in the expansion and redevelopment of a 162-bed long-term care center, built in 1940. The program included, inter alia, the addition of new spaces within the building limits, the construction of a new wing, an 8-meter expansion on one side and on the entire height of the building, the construction of new floors, etc.
All the works were carried out without interrupting hospital activities and without major inconvenience to patients and staffs.
For this project, NCK provided full structural engineering consulting services.
