Following the successful completion of the John Molson and Engineering Complex Buildings as well as the Computer Science and Visual Arts Building (EV Building), NCK was awarded various mandates, including the redevelopment and complete change of the façade of the Guy-de Maisonneuve Building in 2011, intended to reduce the building’s energy footprint by nearly 40%.

The University has since accredited NCK, which to this day has undertaken nearly forty different mandates concerning the renovation or redevelopment of various Campus buildings.
