The Hull Casino Hotel complex offers 349 luxury rooms, built on a podium that includes a lobby, guest services, restaurant, spa, sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, kitchens serving the restaurant and convention centre, and areas dedicated to storage, repairs and or handling.
The project also includes a 1007-seat theatre with a parterre and balcony, rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms and all the services inherent to this activity, grouped together in a self-contained building of 5,200 m2. A 1,000-space parking garage with helipad was also built.
The 25-storey main tower structure is made of reinforced concrete and was built directly on the rock at the edge of a cliff bordering Leamy Lake.
