Located at 1201 René-Lévesque Boulevard, the Le Centre Sheraton Hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Montreal. It has 824 rooms and six floors of underground parking. The hotel also features an indoor pool and an elevator built into the building’s main façade.
The building is made of reinforced concrete. Built in 1982, it was designed and drawn by hand (drawing board) according to all applicable codes and standards.
For this project, NCK provided all structural engineering consulting services.
