Located in the Bell Centre quadrangle on the Avenue des Canadiens between de la Montagne and Drummond Streets, the L’Avenue Tower includes more than 51 stories and a height of 184 metres. Five floors are used for commercial purposes, with a restaurant, a grocery store, a bank, a café and offices. On the residential side, just over 300 co-owners live on 43 floors reserved mainly for condo-type residences with areas ranging from 430 to 5000 square feet. The building also has five levels of underground parking.
