Located between the districts of Mucurapo and Woodbrook in Port of Spain, the One Woodbrook Place complex consists of three main towers, respectively with 23, 18 and 16 floors. They offer a total of 419 condominium units. The towers are connected by a series of 5-storey buildings that accommodate a business centre, auditorium, shops and entertainment areas. The structure is made of reinforced concrete.
