Place Montréal Trust is a real estate complex with a 50,000 m² shopping centre, a 30-storey office building and an underground parking garage. Fully connected to the subway system and neighbouring buildings by underground passages, this project proved to be complex in terms of design and construction, both because of its strategic location in the heart of the city centre and because of the constraints imposed by its proximity to the intermodal station.
