Classified as a historical monument in 1976, the Château Dufresne was built between 1915 and 1920. This building’s foundations showed signs of deterioration that required several corrective interventions, including the straightening of the front gallery by means of piles, stabilization of the foundation wall under the gallery, solidification of severely cracked structural elements, injection of cracks, and waterproofing of all exterior walls.

For this project on this exceptional heritage building, NCK provided complete structural engineering consulting services.
