This administrative centre, located in Kuujjuarapik in Nunavik, houses the offices of Sakkuk Landholding. It also brings together stakeholders from other organizations in the northern village, including community support and wildlife officers.
The foundations of the building are made of reinforced concrete, resting on the sandy soil typical of Kuujjuarapik.
For this project, NCK provided the structural engineering consulting services for the building foundations.
