The Terrasse Laverdure project, located in the heart of Ahuntsic, a few steps from the Henri-Bourassa subway station, is a 32-unit residential building. Each unit has from one to three bedrooms, each ranging in size from 674 to 1690 square feet. The project also includes townhouses located on Laverdure Street.
The main building structure is made of reinforced concrete, and the foundations rest on rock, which is only a few metres deep.
