The Montreal Intercontinental Hotel is located at the gateway to Old Montreal. It includes a main 26-storey building at the corner of Saint-Antoine and De Bleury Streets. The hotel has 357 rooms. It is connected to the Montreal World Trade Centre and to the Square-Victoria – OACI subway station.

The relatively high-water table, the deep bedrock and the surrounding buildings required the use of a 70-foot deep diaphragm wall.

For this project, NCK provided complete structural engineering consulting services.
