Mr. Boulianne graduated in civil engineering technology from the Cégep de Chicoutimi in 1991 and obtained his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from the École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) in 1994.
After working as an engineer for other companies from 1995 to 2006, he joined the firm in 2007 and was assigned to the project office at Montréal Airport in Dorval. Since then, he has been entrusted with increasing responsibilities, and now acts as project manager. His accomplishments are among the firm’s most significant, and he has led site supervision on many large-scale projects.
Mr. Boulianne has been a partner of the firm since 2013.
