Ms. Chartrand obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 2007 and a master’s degree in structure from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2009.
Already involved with the firm from 2006 to 2008 as an intern, she joined NCK’s team on a permanent basis in 2009 following her master’s degree in structure. Since then, she has been involved as an engineer in the structural design of many of the firm’s most important projects.
Ms. Chartrand acts as project manager and became senior partner and vice-president of the firm in 2019.
She is currently project manager for Maestria and One Square Phillips residential towers of more than 60 storeys high in Montréal, and the senior partner responsible for projects in Québec’s Far North.
