Mr. Preiss studied arts at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal where he obtained his diploma in 1984. He also graduated in architectural technology having completed the program offered by the Montreal Technical College in 1989.
Mr. Preiss joined the firm in 1989 as a draftsman technician. Due to his great versatility, he ensured the transition of drawings made on drawing boards to Autocad and quickly became a reference for the team of technicians despite his young age. He was given increasing responsibilities and has been working as a team leader since 2002. He is responsible for supervising all drawing activities carried out by NCK’s drafters. He is also responsible for the BIM process used for most projects since 2017.
M. Preiss has been a partner of the firm since 2013.
