Mr. Sieprawski graduated in engineering from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris, class of 2003, specializing in building. In 2004, he obtained his master’s degree in construction engineering from the École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal.
Mr. Sieprawski joined the firm in 2005. As a project engineer, he actively participated in structural calculations, drafting of plans and specifications, as well as site supervision. Given his great technical abilities, he was quickly appointed project manager and lead designer of the firm in 2009. He contributed to several major projects in Montréal, including high-rise buildings such as L’Avenue, Tours des Canadiens 2 and 3, Victoria sur le Parc, among others. He also developped an expertise in the transformation and rehabilitation of existing buildings (seismic upgrade, addition of floors, etc.).
His professionalism, strong technical skills, involvement in the training of the firm’s engineers and his strong commitment to NCK led him to become a partner in 2013, then senior partner and vice-president of the firm in 2018.
