Mr. Déom completed his studies in Montréal and obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering with a specialization in civil engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1990.
Joining the firm in 1989, he was closely involved in many of the firm’s most important projects as a computer analyst and later on as a project manager. His training in computer science and his specialty in civil engineering allow him to quickly assimilate and master the techniques and software that have revolutionized the world of construction, leading him to contribute greatly to the growth of the firm, becoming senior partner in 2003 and president in 2020.
Mr. Déom is an expert on building structures. He masters all facets of the design and implementation of construction projects. Recognized by his peers for his expertise and foresight, he has led numerous large-scale projects that have transformed the urban landscape of Montréal and Québec, as well as carrying out many international projects.
